Our Process

Our pure breed Gir cows are kept in healthy living conditions and spacious lush green farms. The hygiene of the farm is maintained by regular washing and fumigation.

The cows are fed six types of grass species and herbs such as ashwagandha, shatavari, giloy, punarnava, safed musli and natural digestion enhancers like 

The containers that are used in the process of milking are first washed with lukewarm water with a little bit of potassium permanganate.

After this, we perform milking in the most traditional way which is also the safest for the cows, protecting them from rashes etc. 

We avoid mixing milk from different cows in this process. That is, one bottle of milk is exclusively from the same cow.

The milk is then packed into washed, rinsed and sterilized glass bottles. The bottle along with its caps are tamper proof and are sealed before dispatch.

Rest of the milk is used in the processing of the other dairy products like ghee, curd, butter etc.

A2 milk is supplied to houses every morning within 4 hours of milking.
